What data is processed

Navigation data

The systems that operate this site acquire, in the course of their normal functioning, data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the Internet protocols: IP addresses, addresses of the requested resources, time of the request, method of the request, size of the response, the numeric code indicating the status of the server's reply, and parameters concerning the operating system and browser used.

This data is not collected in order to be associated with identified visitors, and is used to operate the site, to obtain aggregate statistics on its use and to ascertain its correct functioning and security.

Data you provide voluntarily

Sending an email to any of the addresses published on this site entails the acquisition of the sender's address and of whatever personal data the message contains, as necessary to reply.

The same applies to the contact form: name, email address, telephone number and the content of the message are recorded in our management system so that the request can be handled.

Providing this data is optional. Not providing it may make it impossible to fulfil the request.

Why, and on what legal basis

• To answer your request and to take steps prior to entering into a contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• To operate and secure the site, our legitimate interest in its correct functioning — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• To comply with legal obligations to which the company is subject — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Data is processed with electronic tools, by staff appointed and instructed for the purpose, with measures designed to prevent its loss, unlawful use and unauthorised access. It is kept for as long as is necessary to handle the request and to satisfy the legal obligations that follow from it.

Cookies and third-party services

These pages set no profiling or advertising cookies. A technical cookie is set by the platform on the pages that carry a form, for the sole purpose of keeping the session — it requires no consent.

Displaying the pages involves requests to third parties, which for technical reasons receive the visitor's IP address:

• Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd), for the typefaces;
• cdnjs (Cloudflare, Inc.), for a support library.

Should statistical or measurement tools be introduced in future, this notice will be updated beforehand and consent collected where the law requires it.

Who else may see the data

Data is not disclosed to the public. It may be processed, as data processors appointed under Article 28 GDPR, by the suppliers of the technical services the company relies on:

• Odoo S.A. (Belgium) — the platform hosting this site and our management system;
• Google Ireland Ltd — the email service of the addresses published here.

Where these suppliers involve transfers outside the European Economic Area, such transfers take place on the basis of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR you may, at any time, obtain confirmation as to whether data concerning you exists, know its content and origin, verify its accuracy, and ask for it to be rectified, integrated, erased, restricted or handed to you in a portable form. You may object to its processing on grounds relating to your particular situation.

If you consider that the processing infringes the Regulation, you may lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, the Italian supervisory authority.
